From materials development to prototype scale-up
From material innovation to prototype development, the project is defined by clear technical targets and a structured roadmap.
Amprossec has a system for the automated assembly of small electrochemical cells, used for work on coin cells and proto-cells.
This technology allows for the testing of small quantities of material with greater precision, control, and repeatability, by adjusting key parameters such as electrolyte volume, pressure, temperature, and assembly conditions.
Coin cells allow for the characterization of materials under standard conditions, while proto-cells offer a more advanced level of testing, closer to the operating conditions of a commercial cell.
A solution designed to accelerate development, improve test reliability, and support internal projects, industrial partners, and external research activities.
Funding Information
AMPROSSEC is supported by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR) through the Fondo Italiano per le Scienze Applicate (FISA), which promotes applied research in advanced materials and energy technology.
